Juyeon is a laboratory research assistant in OVG, providing essential support for sample processing, shipping samples to testing facilities and running immunological assays to determine the immunogenicity and efficacy that will inform subsequent UK vaccine schedules.

Prior to joining OVG, she completed MSc in Immunology at King’s College London. During her master’s degree, she investigated the effect of dinucleotide modification in Influenza A Virus (IAV) replication, where she could train various research techniques including CRISPR-Cas9 and IAV experiments.
