Rachel graduated with a BSc in Children’s Nursing in 2010 from Oxford Brookes University. She then worked on a Specialist Surgical Children’s Ward for 3 years at the Children’s Hospital in Oxford. Following this, she completed a PGDip in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and then worked as a Health Visitor in East Oxford for 2 years. Rachel joined the Oxford Vaccine Group in September 2016. Rachel was born in Zimbabwe and spent her childhood living in Zimbabwe, New Zealand and the UK; she has particular interest in public health in developing countries and has done voluntary work in Jordan and South Africa.
