Profile
Rodney has been working for OVG since 2021. He has educational backgrounds in Applied Biology(BSc.) and Clinical Trials (MSc.). His PhD was on pharmacovigilance and adverse drug reaction reporting among healthcare professionals. He is passionate about patient and medicine safety. At OVG, he is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System, supporting study teams in risk assessment coordination/review for study set up, greenlighting/redlighting, general quality assurance and control, organising study specific training packages/documentation, non clinical review of SAEs, coordinating study plan documentation, training of new staff on iPassport-QMS, non-compliance management, study monitoring and, auditing.
