Mechanism of early tissue responses in vaccination with mRNA vaccines (MechRNA)
Help improve our understanding of how ageing affects immune response to vaccination.
You are invited to take part in a study examining lymph nodes to assess immune responses in younger and older adults after immunisation with mRNA COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccine boosters. The study is being led by the Oxford Vaccine Group, which is part of the University of Oxford, and is taking place at the Oxford Vaccine Group, Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
If you are either 18 to 45 years old or 65+ years old or 18 to 50 years old on anti-tumour necrosis factor (TNF) therapy and live in the Oxfordshire area, then you may be eligible to take part. We will provide reimbursement up to £960 for your time, inconvenience and travel. The total study participation time is 6 months.
