I joined the Oxford Vaccine Group Department of Paediatrics in 2020 after I obtained my PhD and MSc degrees in Statistics at the University of Warwick.
Currently, I work on vaccine studies, including typhoid, paratyphoid, Nipah virus, and Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever vaccine trials.
My PhD project is modelling telemonitored physical activity based on hidden Markov modelling with application to analysing circadian rhythm in shift workers.
