After completing an MA in Human Resource Management at the University of Leeds, I started my job as an HR Officer in the Paediatrics Department at the University of Oxford in 2019.

I am currently acting up as HR Manager in our department whilst Sarah is on maternity leave. As we have new staff members in the HR Team, we are currently in training and making sure we are supporting the department in these busy times.

As HR Generalist, I am helping in all stages of recruitment within our department as well as supporting staff during their employment. We in the HR Team are there for our colleagues in all matters regarding parental and annual leave, professional development, or questions about their contract.

I am also a member of the Equality and Diversity Committee, that is not only responsible for the Athena Swan Award application but also to create a positive atmosphere that supports the well-being and professional development of staff members.
