Jennifer Cane
Senior Research Scientist in Outbreak Pathogens
I am working on projects including the development and evaluation of vaccines for Sudan ebolavirus, and lead the immunogenicity testing in a first-in-human trial of a ChAdOx1 vaccine against Marburg disease.
My previous research has been in the fields of respiratory immunology and microbiology. I joined Prof Teresa Lambe's group in May 2024, translating my experiences to development of vaccines for haemorrhagic fevers.
